You or the care-recipient may provide information to caregivers
(“Caregivers”) or other Intention Healthcare employees. Intention Healthcare
employees and agents will use the Platform to manage and communicate
with you about the services that Intention Healthcare provides, including by
entering information about the services and the recipient of the
services into the application and websites.
1.3. Information from cookies and similar devices
Intention Healthcare uses cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts
and similar methods to collect information about how users use and
interact with our services through our website and applications. Cookies
can also be used to remember you and your preferences. You can disable
cookies through your browser settings, in which case some of the

to maintain the confidentiality of any Personal Information they receive

Information provided to Intention Healthcare’s subsidiaries or affiliates

This website is intended for use by persons over the age of 18.
Intention Healthcare does not seek to collect information about children
under the age of 18. No information should be submitted to or posted on
this website by users under 18 years of age. If you believe that we

8. Do Not Track
Intention Healthcare does not track its customers over time and
across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and
therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

adhere to evolving industry best-practices for protecting privacy. When
we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who
made the complaint to determine whether modifications to our policies
